| Itri IMANLI |

Itri
İmanlı was born in İstanbul, in 1973 and began music
when he was six. He took kanun and turkish music
courses from Nuri Senneyli who was an old chorus
chef of Ankara Radio and practiced fasil music and
chorus with important music trainers of the period.
After he had graduated from ITU Physical Engineering
Faculty, he continued Physics master in Marmara
University and ITU Western Music Field, “Advanced
Methods in Music” subject at the same time. He gave
many concerts with Turkish Classical Music Chorus he
had founded in ITU.
Itri Imanli, who is the founder of Itri School of
Music, gives kanun and oud courses in the school and
directs the chorus studies.

Okan
Samil graduated from Istanbul Municipality
Conservatory (Istanbul University), the Department
of Violin and Piano (second instrument) after his
education between 1970-1978 and completed his
license education as a student of Prof. Nuri Iyicil
in Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory, the
Department of Stringed Instruments (violin). He
entered Istanbul State Symphony in 1979 when he was
continuing his university education as a permanent
staff and he is still a member of the 1st violin
group. |

| Salih BILGIN |

Salih
Bilgin completed his primary, secondary and high
school education in İstanbul Fatih Collage and
started ITU, TMD Conservatory. During his education
he took nay courses from Niyazi Sayin, Turkish
Music, solfege, theory and repertoire from Ozdal
Orhon, tempo from Hursit Ungay, literature from
Ahmet Kabakli, instrument knowledge from Cafer Acin
and various courses from teachers like Bekir Sitki
Sezgin, Yalcin Tura, Ihsan Ozgen, Demirhan Atug,
Kani Karaca, Nevzat Atlig, Cahit Atasoy and carried
out private studies with them.
Salih Bilgin continues his works on nay production,
marbling and bead production which he learned from
his teacher Niyazi Sayin. He still continues his job
as a musician of the Ministry of Culture, Istanbul
Classical Turkish Music Chorus.

İlter Cebeci began his guitar studies in Istanbul
Anatolia Fine Arts High School with Melih Guzel in
1995 and he studied with Kagan Korad in Bilkent
University, The Faculty of Music and Performing Arts
from 1999 to 2002. He was transferred to Istanbul
University State Conservatory in 2002 and continued
his studies with Erdem Sokmen. Ilter Cebeci started
Mimar Sinan University, State Conservatory master
program in 2005 and he still continues his studies
here with Soner Egesel. In this period he has given
many concerts in various cities. Ilter Cebeci has
been continuing his studies with
Triobio
since 2005. |

Clarinet / Bouzouki / Baglama |
| Serkan BAGTIR |

Serkan
Bagtir began music education with baglama in
secondary school and oud in high school and he
started ITU Turkish Music State Conservatory and
became a clarinet student of Tulay Orser. He
attended concerts abroad with Ruhi Ayangil
polyphonic Turkish Music band. He also attended
Aegean and Balkan Dances Project of Ihsan Ozgen. He
was the first clarinet in Munir Nurettin Beken works
concert of Hakan Sensoy. He made Balkan music
studies with Muammer Ketencoglu. His studies with
Rebetika and Grek music made him learn bouzouki. He
has added bouzouki to his list of instruments since
2000. He still continues his studies in Western
music, Turkish music and ethnic music areas.

Kemence |
| Yagmur Damla ORSEL |
|

Yagmur Damla Orsel began her
musical life in the Department of Instrument
Education in ITU Turkish Music State Conservatory
and had many valuable teachers there. She took
kemence courses from Ihsan Ozgen, kudum courses from
Hursit Ungay, repertoire courses from Mefharet
Yildirim, Music History from Haydar Sanal, Harmony
from Demirhan Altug, Religious Music from Bekir
Sitki Sezgin and Music Paleography from Yalcin Tura.
She played with Ruhi Ayangil band in the school
days. She graduated with the first degree in 1993
and had the right of masters without exam.
Before graduation she began as a Kemence player
in the Ministry of Culture, Bursa State Classical
Turkish Music Chorus which was founded by Inci
Cayirli. She was appointed to Istanbul State
Classical Turkish Music Chorus in 1995. She taught
Kemence in ITU Turkish Music State Conservatory
between 1997-2001. She is still working in the
Ministry of Culture Istanbul State Classical Turkish
Music Chorus as a Kemence Player. |

| Ozgur ATASOY |

Ozgur
Atasoy is a graduate of Bilkent University, Music
and Performing Arts, the Department of Flute. He
took place in many solo, chamber music and orchestra
concerts in the structure of Fine Arts Site, Bilkent
and Marmara Universities. He deserved the 2. and 3.
awards two consecutive years in Milliyet Music
Awards among High Schools. He he took his MA from
Marmara University, the Department of Fine Arts,
Music Training Branch, the Department of Flute. |

| Gulsin GUMUS |
|
Gulsin
Gumus is a graduate of Istanbul University, State
Conservatory the Department of Cello. She gave her
first important concert with Chamber Music Orchestra
in Istanbul International Music Festival. She won
Bilkent University MSSF with a full scholarship and
studied with important teachers like Prof. Dogan
Cangal, Sardor Rasulov, Josef Györf, Karl Anton
Rickenbacher, Andree Sommer and Teymur Semsiyev. For
two years she worked as the cello group chef in
Bilkent Youth Symphony Orchestra and joined to
Murcia Symphony Orchestras Festival in Italy. With
the partnership of G.S. Ork she gave a solo concert
with E. Elgar cello concerto. Gulsin Gumus is
working as a specialist trainer in Marmara
University, Private Adiguzel Fine Arts High School
and in Onsekiz Mart University, the Faculty of
Education, and Musical Training Branch. |

| Asim EKREN |

Asım
Ekren has a very important place in Turkish Pop
Music history and he is one of the first remembered
drummers. He began his musical life with drums in
his early ages. After Conservatory years he worked
with “Ali Atasagun Quartet” and “Haramiler” band as
a drummer in 1960’s. He proved himself in Golden
Microphone Awards and later he joined Istanbul
Gelisim Orchestra. He played with Ozdemir Erdogan,
Erkin Koray, MFO and many other musicians and bands
and he continues his studies in Kultur University
and Armoni Sanat which was founded with the
partnership of DMC. He is the originating father and
one of the founders of Kultur University.
Asım Ekren directs percussion projects and bands
of
Ritmpark which is a project of Itri School of
Music and gives courses. |

| Levent BALTAOGLU |
After
Sisli Terakki High School, he graduated from ITU
Faculty of Architecture, the Department of Urban and
Regional Planning and graduated from İstanbul Bilgi
University, the Department of Music in 2006.He
had performances with names like Ralph Alessi, Mark
Hellias, Steve Lehman and Tyshawn Sorey in SIM
(School for Improvisational Music) workshops in
Brooklyn City, New York, America in 2006. He made
stage, television and album works in many styles
like rock, blues, funk, R&B, pop, latin, gospel,
balkans, gypsy, Turkish Classical and Jazz music
with many orchestras and chorus in New York –
Manhattan and Brooklyn, California – Sacremento and
Washington DC. He gave concerts with New Generation
– Gypsy Kings and Kenan Dogulu. |

| Kerem GUROGLU |

Nazif
Kerem Güroğlu is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi
University, the Department of Sound Technologies and
he has Izmir Anatolian Fine Arts High School and
Bilkent University the Department of Theory
Composition in his educational background. He
started as a DJ when he was a student in Ankara. He
was a resident DJ in clubs like Saklikent, Upload
and Gas Station.
In Istanbul he worked as a DJ in Balans Tonique,
Loop, Sawady, Aziza and Papilion and he gives
concerts with the electro music band named Fecr-i
Ati they founded with Aziz Kilic in 2004. |

| Serdar BAGTIR |

Serdar
Bağtır took rhythm courses from different teachers
and studied different styles like Turkish, Latin,
Flamenco and Greek Music. He attended many concerts
in Turkey and abroad with Sina Rhythm Band in 2005.
He gave rhythm compositions written by him and live
performances with this band in various activities. |
